WALE WA DIET MNAENDELEAJE?

Imeshapita wiki sasa toka tuanze ile diet yetu ya mwezi mzima.Diet yetu ni ya juice kwa wingi,maji kwa wingi na mboga mboga.Nilipata ujumbe kwa dada aliyeomba tusaidiane kupeana tips za namna ya kutengeneza juice mbali mbali.Mie natoa kadhaa na kama unazo na wewe tuandikie hapa kwenye maoni.
 Ikumbukwe kuwa juice yetu lazima iwe nzito na isiwe na sukari.Hapa ntakutajia aina za matunda utakazochanganya na kupata cocktail saaafiii.
1.Nanasi na carot unapata juice nzuri na
2.Tikiti maji na ndizi
3.Pesheni na parachichi
4.Embe na limao
5.Embe na nanasi
6.Embe,chungwa na pesheni.
 Zile siku zetu za samaki kumbuka ni samaki choma au wa kuchemsha.
Kuku pia wa kuchemsha au kuchoma.Kumbuka kunywa maji mengi sana angalau hata lita 2.

Mazoezi kama kawa ni muhimu hata kwa dk 30

Kuna hii gym inaitwa AZURA nitaanza kufanya mazoezi hapo siku chache zijazo.Nimeongea na uongozi wa hapo na tumekubaliana nao mambo kadhaa.Nitatoa nafasi tatu kwa wadau wangu humu za kufanya mazoezi bure mpaka utakapo fikia malengo yako.Ni gym nzuri ya kisasa na ipo ufukweni mwa bahari maeneo ya  Kawe.Tutafanya mazoezi pamoja mimi na wewe tukiwa chini ya uangalizi wao ili tupate matokeo mazuri.Tutapima afya kama kuna kisukari,blood pressure na kupewa ushauri katika maswala ya chakula.

Haya basi endelea kutembelea hapa ili upate kujua namna ya kushiriki na kushinda nafasi hii adimu na ya kipekee.

    Am on diet with you for a week now but nilikuwa field sikuweza pata gym for last week with all that am about 1.5 kg down, hureeeiiii
