MAPISHI:SUPU YA KUKU WA KIENYEJI!

Kama kawa jumatatu huwa nawaletea pishi nililoliandaa weekend.
Kila mtu ana namna mbali mbali za kuandaa SUPU  ya kuku.Chakula changu siku hizi ni kuku wa kuchemsha au kuchoma.Na huwa naandaa kwa namna ambayo inaleta hamu ya kula.
Hapo nina kuku wa kienyeji,limao,vitunguu,pilipili,tangawizi bila kusahau chumvi.
Tangawizi ni kiungo ambacho kinasaidia sana kuleta hamu ya kula,unaweza kumla kuku mzima peke yako hahahahahahaah(natania).
Kuku anachemshwa akiwa amewekwa tangawizi mbichi iliyotwangwa(sio kavu ya unga),chumvi na maji kiasi.
Kuku wa kienyeji ni mgumu hivyo lazima uhakikishe anachemka na kuiva vizuri,ukihakikisha kaiva hatua ya mwisho una mtia limao,vitunguu na pili pili.
Unafunikia tena kwa dk 15 hivi kumbuka uwingi wa pili pili unatokana na ulaji wako wewe binafsi wa pilipili.Pia ukipenda unaweza kuweka viazi au ndizi.
Baada ya hapo ipua supu yako inakuwa tayari kunywewa.
Unaweza kujiandalia mwenyewe,kwa wale wenye waume kama jana alikunywa pombe badala ya kwenda kuinywea supu bar unamuandalia nyumbani kwa raha zake anajinywea.

    Hongera dada muonekano mzuri wa supu. natamani sana kujua kupika keki tafadhali naomba utusaidie siku moja hatua za kufuata pamoja na mahitaji yake.

      Kitunguu swaumu kinaendana NA vyakula vya kukaanga, sio kuchemsha.

    Butter Cake
    Ingredients
    • 1 cup white sugar (normal sugar not icing)
    • 1 cup melted butter or Tanbond (I prefer tanbond, but you can use blue band)
    • 3 cups flour
    • 3 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    • 2 teaspoons baking powder
    Method
    1. Cream sugar and butter until soft and fluffy
    2. Add eggs one by one while continuing to mix
    3. Add vanilla essence
    4. Sieve flour and baking powder, add to the mixture and mix in
    5. Prepare baking dish, if you don’t have baking spray use margarine/butter to spread in the baking dish and dust with flour.
    6. Pour the mixture into the baking dish and bake for 1 hour at (180°C).
    7. You will test the cake if it is done by inserting a knife in the middle, if it comes unstick then the cake is done.
    Note: Do not open the oven while the cake is inside the oven (before 45mins at least) otherwise it will drop.
    Do not add water of milk at any stage while making this cake, you can add more flour if you see the mixture is somewhat too soft.

    Mdau wa keki kila kitu poa ila mayai matatu ni madogo labda uweke na maziwa kiasi mchanganyiko utakuwa mzito! Kinyume cha hapo mayai matano mpaka sita bila kuweka maziwa

      Mayai matatu ni kwa ratio ya hiyo sugar na butter otherwise cake itakuwa mayai matupu! you just try that simple butter cake with those ingredients.kama unaongeza hayo mayai sita hiyo ni another type of cake!!!

    Dina mapishi tafadhali umesahau upande wa jikoni kwa kweli plz tuwe tunashare hata kila week pishi moja la kufganyia mazoezi weekend si unajua tena wanawake siku hizi mambo mengi, Haya mimi natmani sana kujua kutengeneza vegetable soup plz naomba msaada kwa hilo kwa yeyote anayejua kutengeneza soup ya mbogamboga pamoja na ni nini na nini kinatakiwa.

    Dina, leo nimesikia kwenye LT unambambia mtu afungue blog yako ili aone diet,na mimi nikafungua blog hapo hapo kwa mara ya kwanza. hiyo diet imeni-impress na nafikiri itanisaidia kupunguza some Kgs. ila sasa kama mdau hapo juu alivyoomba, supu ya mboga mboga inatengenezwaje. msaada jamani kwa anayejua recipes, si manajua jinsi veggies za kuchemsha zisivyo na ladha. mama V, Morogoro

    sio mbaya ni nzuri but kama waliosema vitunguu thaumu ni muhimu coz kuku huwa na shombo na vitunguu thaumu inakata but supu ni nzuri sio mbaya
